Hi, I'm Bek.

Located in the Point Loma / Ocean Beach area of San Diego, my passion is helping and empowering others to embrace their true self and radiate their unique brilliance, while improving their quality of life. In doing so, together, we create a stronger sense of community by cultivating authenticity, love, and gratitude.

Since childhood, music and leaning into palpable energy have been my guiding light. I'm excited to now be able to help others experience the deep relaxation and healing benefits of sound and energy work, with a focus on mindfulness, empowerment, peace, and love for all.

I offer one-on-one Reiki sessions, community sound baths, private sound healing for groups and individuals, wellness and self-care workshops, community circles and gatherings.
